Dear Friend,

So I have a new recipe for a pumpkin piee/cheesecake combo and I’m really excited to try it out (Will probably do so tonight.) If it turns out I will give the recipe to you, but I need to work out its issues before I start giving it away. Until then I hope you enjoy this rich pumpkiny dessert that is really good with vanilla ice cream.


1 large can pumpkin

3 eggs

12 oz. evaporated milk

1 cup white sugar

1 cup brown sugar

¾ teaspoon salt

¾ teaspoon cloves

¾ teaspoon nutmeg

1 ½ teaspoon cinnamon

Pour into a 9×13 greased glass pan

Sprinkle 1 box of white or yellow cake mix over top and lightly press into mixture

Drizzle ½ cup melted butter over the top

Bake @ 350 for 45-60 minutes
